We Love Schools

Jul 2, 2019

Summer is a great time to talk about food fresh, locally grown food. Some incredible things are underway at the Van Buren Schools, where the Black Knights have done just that.

In this episode I talk with Jay Clark, the middle school principal, and Brianna Reinhard, the food service director.

They've started to overhaul their food service program with no playbook to work from.  And they have some advice for schools who are looking to implement a similar program.
